In an era where women rightly claim equality and recognition in all kinds of areas, the Bible’s teachings on the role of women in marriage can sometimes create a fiery debate. Still, we have to talk about it, right?
When we are dating, we obviously think of marriage. But to make sure you have a strong marriage, you need to commit for the right reasons. Let’s see what the Bible says about it.
When we confidently say that everything is fine with us, it usually means that we have everything we want and that our plans are coming true. But does God have the same definition of well-being?
Anything we try to build on a bad foundation can only collapse with time and hardships. That is also the case for marriage. So it is better to think about our motivations for getting married before making a commitment before God.
“No sex before marriage” is a principle strongly promoted by all Christian churches. Yet some people point out that there is no verse in the Bible that says we shouldn’t have sex before marriage. Is it right to believe that God reserved sex for marriage?
The story of Romeo and Juliet is very romantic. Their families hate each other, but nothing can extinguish their flame. Everyone wants a love that strong, but if you care about your life, or at least your inner peace, consider your family well!
